Secrets of Article Writing - How to Create Great Backlinks Using Testimonials

I spend a lot of my time writing articles in order to generate traffic and to create backlinks to my website. When you create backlinks to your website, you increase the search engine ranking to your site. And as you are probably aware the higher your search engine ranking the more likely your site will generate traffic as surfers will happen upon your website address if it appears on the first page of any search engine rankings.

The more traffic you create the better it is for your reputation and your sales to. You should always aim for a top ten search result and what's even better is a top three.

So how do you go about creating backlinks using testimonials.

A simple and very powerful method is to ask other website masters in your niche to allow you to review and comment on one of their products.

Go to your browser and type in one of your keywords. You will be presented with a list of results and you can choose any one of the websites on the first page as a candidate.

You will need to send the chosen website master an email offering to review their product. Imagine how many testimonials you can clock up if your carry this exercise out regularly. And best of all it is almost cost free. And there are only so many methods that you can find that is cost-free and easy to do.

Here is a typical email message that you can create to send to your list of website masters:

Subject line: Would you like a testimonial?

Dear (first name),

Just like you, I run a website (your URL), and I know how valuable it is to receive testimonials. It appears we have related demographics, and I wondered if you could make use of another testimonial for your sales page. It is a well known fact that the more testimonials you acquire, the better it is for your credibility. Are you agreeable? If so, drop me a line.

With thanks,

(Your Name)

It's a bit too early to request a review copy of their product. You can ask for that later if it's not sent with the reply. If you send 10 or 15 e-mails of this nature, you should get a favorable response from about six of them. If you times this by a hundred, then imagine the number of inbound testimonial links you can create by carrying out this exercise once each week.
